I don't think the date for Caye Caulker has been decided yet, but I may be wrong. Lobster Fest last year was the 29th of June - 1st of July. It is normally about the same time every year. Check out the Caye Caulker forum on Ambergriscaye.com for updates or information.
The date announced for the San Pedro Lobster Fest is June 14th - June 19th.
This is only the second year for San Pedro. I've been to both Caye Lobster Fests and highy recommend Caye Caulker. San Pedro's is still finding its feet and isn't, in my opinion, such a wonderful culinary experience - yet.

The one in Placencia is usually like the last weekend in June or next-to-last. I can't find it online.
